Liu Zi Jue is a classic qigong form, specifically designed to release stress from the vital organs, and dissolve emotional disturbances. Selected movements are combined with specific sounds, which cause internal vibrations, that help to dissolve physical and emotional stress. The practice of Liu Zi Jue qigong has ancient roots in Daoism, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and martial arts. It is also used for an ancient practice known as 'fusing the five elements'.
